Camp Snowbird

Camp Snowbird logo

A new adventure for young children and pre-teens every day in the beautiful outdoor setting of Little Cottonwood Canyon. We explore the canyon environment through nature hikes, science experiments and other creative activities.

This summer we will feature themes exploring wildlife (plants, animals, and flowers) that are native to Utah, as well as Native American and Pioneer Heritage in Utah. We will also provide organized team sports, dancing/yoga, hiking, outdoor activities and special visitors. Our staff to child ratios will vary between 1:10 and 1:14 depending on the ages of the children.

Kids ages 5-8 enjoy daily adventures exploring the mountain, as well as crafts, swimming, games, Snowbird's summer activities and more. Kids ages 9-12 experience more challenging mountain adventures and educational activities.

Our vision is to provide an outstanding environment where children can explore, discover, and create! Our mission is to promote individual growth, resourcefulness, and self-reliance in each child.
